Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to carrier delays, product availability, weather, address issues, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Drywall Tools & Repairs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Risk of loss or damage during shipping may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable law. Tax amounts may vary depending on the shipping address, product type, and applicable tax rules.

The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to their order, unless such amounts are collected at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible unused products in original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at sales@drywalltoolsandrepairs.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before items are shipped back.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Drywall Tools & Repairs.

Custom-ordered products, special-order items, used tools, opened parts, electrical components, clearance items, and repair services are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

8. Repair & Maintenance Services

By sending or dropping off your tools for repair, you authorize Drywall Tools & Repairs to inspect, diagnose, and provide a repair estimate.

We will provide a quote for approval before proceeding with repairs. Repair estimates are based on the initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during service. We will request approval before performing additional work.

Repairs may be performed using original, aftermarket, compatible, rebuilt, or refurbished parts when appropriate and available.

Customers are responsible for shipping tools to our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Drywall Tools & Repairs is not responsible for tools lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the carrier.

Completed repairs must be paid in full before the tool is released, shipped, or picked up.

Tools not picked up, paid for, or claimed within 30 days after notice of completion may be considered abandoned, unless a different arrangement is made in writing.

While we take reasonable care when servicing tools, Drywall Tools & Repairs is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, misuse, wear and tear, improper maintenance, prior repairs, or issues outside of our control.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for any applicable manufacturer warranties or written service warranties expressly provided by Drywall Tools & Repairs, products and services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Drywall Tools & Repairs disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
